    • Worked across diverse cultures Linux Operating system, Database, Networking
    • Proven track record of a start-up, shutdown and/or business improvement project

  • Ensure accurate billing of all Post-Paid Customers
  • Accurate billing and timely delivery of bills for all Post-Paid Customers
  • Customer Engagement through Multi channels (Email, Phone calls, ect)
  • Timely Resolution of Customer billing disputes, queries and inquires
  • Update and manage Customer billing profiles on the billing system
  • Develop, populate, and analyze management reports periodically
  • Maintenance and support of the billing system and its related processes.
  • Developing and implementing scripts and tools that will support and expand billing functionality.
  • Providing expertise and highest-level support to business processes, ensuring billing operations continuity.
  • Application issue management and correction, monitoring and investigation of call data records, generating ad-hoc and regular reports based on billing data and structure,
  • Providing technical lead and/or supervising application upgrades and maintenance, Products, and tariff configuration.
  • Technical user requirement collection. This involves business services provisioning requirements collection to be applied on the HLR and IN for various projects
  • Project Scope definition for billing and provisioning
  • Troubleshooting and escalation
  • Review and align provisioning processes in line with business requirement
  • Resource lifecycle management on BSS
  • Subscriber provisioning on HLR/OCS/AUC
  • Integration tests for new services and upgrades on test platform.
  • Observation and change management after implementation of services on production.
  • SIM registration Platform managing
  • Configure mediation flows and define major data processing steps

Any other tasks related to business as per the management direction.
