Job Requirements (Education, Experience and Competencies)

QUALIFICATION

  • The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Degree in Engineering/ Project management or relevant University Degree
  • Recognized Certification in Project management is added advantage

EXPERIENCE

  • At least two years’ experience in running business projects end to end
  • MUST have experience in supervising & managing others
  • Prior project management exposure with network roll-out

COMPETENCIES 

Skills & physical competence

  • Computer literacy with emphasis on project management packages MS project or Enterprise system
  • Ability to work long hours if necessary
  • Possess good Interpersonal Skills with ability to take Initiative
  • Flexibility to travel extensively within South Sudan
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Possess good Communication Skills
  • Ability to drive a company car would be an added advantage
  • Experience working on multidimensional projects
  • Excellent understanding of activity timing and impact assessment
  • Demonstrable capacity for multi-tasking                                         

Job description

  • Ensure projects are executed using best practice Project management guidelines
  • Implement projects as per Marketing/network Roadmaps
  • Ensure Regular Project reporting as per Business requirements
  • Ensure that all projects are implemented within specified timelines and within the Quality Plan
  • Ensure handover of all complete Projects to the respective internal customers
  • Prepare project timelines with full interdependence in the project activities
  • Ensuring all projects follow customer centricity guidelines
  • Properly Manage Project risks
  • Properly Manage Project Procurement
  • Properly Manage Project Contracts
  • Project human resource management
  • Manage project documentation
  • Ensure capitalization of all completed projects
